1. Membership Overview
1.1. Ivory Rose Cosmetics offers exclusive memberships through Fresha ( providing clients with access to discounted services, exclusive benefits, and priority bookings.
1.2. By purchasing a membership, you agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions.
2. Membership Eligibility & Activation
2.1. Memberships are available to individuals aged 18 and over.
2.2. Memberships are non-transferable and can only be used by the registered member.
2.3. Membership benefits are activated upon successful payment and are valid for the duration of the membership term selected.
2.4. Payment must be taken before any service is booked to counteract our deposit/cancellation fee policy.
3. Membership Fees & Payment
3.1. Membership fees are charged as a recurring payment on a monthly or annual basis, as selected at the time of purchase.
3.2. Payments are processed securely via Fresha, and members must ensure their payment details are up to date.
3.3. If a payment fails, Ivory Rose Cosmetics reserves the right to suspend or cancel the membership until payment is received.
4. Membership Benefits & Usage
4.1. Members receive exclusive discounts on select services and treatments as outlined in their membership plan.
4.2. A limit of one of each service, within your chosen category, is placed on your account per month.
4.3. Membership treatments must be booked in accordance with your treatment plan made in-clinic and must align with the guidelines of any pre/post-care requirements.
4.4. Membership benefits are for personal use only and cannot be shared, transferred, or gifted.
4.5. Benefits may include priority booking, complimentary add-ons, or special promotions exclusive to members.
4.6. Membership discounts cannot be combined with other promotions, vouchers, or special offers unless explicitly stated.
4.7. As the cost of our memberships is heavily discounted to reward our loyal clients,Ivory Rose Cosmetics will monitor membership usage to ensure mutual benefit.
5. Booking & Cancellation Policy
5.1. Members must book services via Fresha or directly with Ivory Rose Cosmetics to access their benefits.
5.2. Standard cancellation policies apply. Members must provide at least 24 hours notice to reschedule or cancel an appointment. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a cancellation fee or loss of membership benefits for that appointment.
5.3. Ivory Rose Cosmetics reserves the right to deny booking privileges if repeated no-shows or last-minute cancellations occur.
6. Membership Termination & Refunds
6.1. If you wish to cancel your membership, payments will cease immediately, and any credit left on your file can still be used for any services or products in-store.
6.2. Ivory Rose Cosmetics reserves the right to terminate a membership if a member violates clinic policies, engages in inappropriate behaviour, or misuses their membership.
6.3. In the case of membership termination by Ivory Rose Cosmetics, any remaining benefits will be forfeited without a refund.
7. Membership Changes & Modifications
7.1. Ivory Rose Cosmetics reserves the right to modify membership pricing, benefits, and terms with prior notice to members.
7.2. Any updates to terms will be communicated via email or Fresha notifications, and continued use of the membership constitutes acceptance of any changes.
8. Liability & Disclaimer
8.1. Ivory Rose Cosmetics is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of membership benefits.
8.2. Membership benefits are subject to availability, and Ivory Rose Cosmetics reserves the right to adjust service offerings as necessary.
